Privacy notice (KVKK)

Data we process: The company name, full name, phone number, email address, city and request details you share when you fill in the quote form and send it to us.
How we collect it: When you send the form with “Send by email”, your details reach our email address through the FormSubmit form service, which keeps submissions for 30 days. If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, the message reaches us through your own WhatsApp app. Your quote list is kept only in your own browser.
Purpose and legal basis: We process your data to prepare quotes, communicate with you and handle your order, on the basis of KVKK Article 5/2-c (entering into or performing a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Sharing: Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Messages are delivered through the FormSubmit form service and the WhatsApp or email providers you use. The site is served through Cloudflare and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; technical data such as your IP address may be processed by these providers when you view pages. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye.
Retention: We keep your data until your request is concluded and for the periods required by law.
Your rights: Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. You can send requests to [email protected].
